Our History

Richard Boothroyd & Associates is a Leeds based practice formed in 1985, with Quantity Surveying, Employers Agent/ Contract Administration, and Project Management as our core services.

We have steadily grown in size and reputation over the past 35 years to our current team of around 30 staff, who are involved in delivering projects ranging in value from £50,000 to £250m.

Whilst historically our workload has been predominately within the North East and North West regions we are increasingly working on a more national basis, as many of our longstanding clients expand into other geographical areas. In delivering our services, we maintain a Director led, “hands on” approach, working with other members of our team to ensure the quality of our delivery is maintained. We provide advice from inception through to completion of any project, to suit the individual requirement of each Client and specific demands of each of particular commission.
