Project Description

RBA were extensively involved from site acquisition through to completion on this 600,000 sq ft new build facility situated outside Leeds on the A1/M1 link.

RBA acted as lead consultant, selected and employed the design team, and led the procurement throughout the project – working closely with building contractors and process installation teams alike.

Since completion in 2010, RBA have been involved in several extensions to the facility to accommodate new production lines, including Cravendale Milk and McDonald’s shake and sundae mixes.
