Project Description

The 32,000 sq ft multi practice medical facility in Ossett, West Yorkshire, included demolition of existing mill buildings, remediation of the site, and phased construction of the medical facility to ensure a smooth completion of the project.

The existing surgery adjacent remained in operation throughout the construction period, and the scheme had to be carefully planned to complete extensive works on a logistically difficult site.
