Project Description

RBA have provided extensive cost consultancy services in relation to site infrastructure and plot preparation works site wide across Fradley Park. Set in 350 acres, works on site have been procured on a phased basis to suit specific lettings / sales - and have included remediation, soil engineering and installation of adoptable highways and drainage.

RBA have also assisted the Employer in agreement of costs of S278 off site works, which were administered by Staffordshire County Council.

Latterly works have been carried out to prepare phase 4 of the site for potential residential development.
