Project Description

Works at the Fradley 437 comprised construction of a single storey warehouse unit (15m to eaves), complete with integral 3 storey offices, totalling circa 437,000 sq ft, for Evans Advisory Limited (forward sold to AEW).

The scheme boasts 42 dock levellers/ access doors, a 100m deep yard, and a dedicated gatehouse, together with 80 HGV and 540 car parking spaces.

The building was constructed in 39 weeks by GMI Construction Group, and has now been successfully let to ASOS as one of their key “distribution fulfilment centres”.
