Project Description

Plot B100 is the latest speculative unit to be developed at Fradley Park by the Evans Property Group.

The unit comprises warehouse space of approximately 122,500 sq ft, together with a further 15,000 sq ft of two storey offices with integral reception space. The building is constructed to a BREEAM “Very Good” standard, and will be completed within a 32 week contract period.

Due to it’s location at the entrance to Fradley Park, and it’s proximity to wider highways networks, the building features enhanced elevational treatments and extensive areas of soft landscaping.
