Project Description

Bootham Green is a development of 38 houses on the site of the former Shipton Street School situated just 10 minutes walk from York’s city walls. The Grade II Listed former school and nursery buildings have been sympathetically converted to form 24 mews houses, and a further 14 new build dwellings have been constructed on the site.

All properties have excellent “green” credentials having been constructed to the standards set out by the Code for Sustainable Homes and Eco Homes whether they are a two, three or four bedroom property.
