Project Description

A transformational project in the Preston Park area of Brighton to deliver 229 BTR apartments across 3 buildings up to 14 storeys in height. In addition to basement parking there is also ground floor office accommodation, a residents lounge, and amenity space that complete the scheme.

The scheme comprises a mix of studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments providing accommodation in excess of 270,000 sq ft (including basement).

The construction is RC frame, finished with high quality clad facades. Amenity space is provided not only at ground level but at level 6.
