Project Description

A new build development at Monks Cross, York consisting of 320,000 sq ft of retail accommodation for John Lewis, Next and Marks and Spencer and 7 Nr restaurants / kiosk units featuring Giraffe, Frankie and Benny’s, Ed’s Easy Diner, Costa Coffee, Wok and Go, Nandos and Prezzo. The development provides 1,140 car parking spaces, including electric car charging points, a management suite, high quality landscaping and public art.

RBA were appointed as Project Manager, Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor on the development. The development also provided funding for the new Community Stadium for use by York's football and rugby league teams.
