Project Description

The project comprised installation of new facades to existing retail unit and extension works to form a new accommodation for Primark at Teeside Retail Park, Stockton.

Works included stripping out of the existing unit, installation of 23,000 sq ft of new mezzanine space, and construction of a 9,000 sq ft extension to the rear – all in a live retail environment, and with adjoining tenants in situ each side of the refurbished/extended unit.
