Project Description -

Alderley Park is the leading life science facility in the North of England and the largest R&D campus of its kind in the UK, offering over 1.5m sq ft of premier scientific, laboratory and conferencing space. Set within 400 acres of beautiful Cheshire parkland, the campus has long been an internationally important centre for full spectrum bioscience R&D with a track record of delivering medical breakthroughs from the lab to benefit patients globally.

Alderley Park’s laboratory and office accommodation is complimented by an international conference centre, restaurants and full gymnasium and outdoor sports facilities.

Current projects across the park include the refurbishment of several disused buildings to create new market leading and innovative scientific/office space, café and conference facilities. Other redundant buildings around the park are being strategically demolished to make way for new build accommodation, ancillary facilities and residential development.
