Project Description

The purpose of this building is to enhance the market presence of this medical supplies company with its UK base in Sheffield. The building uses independent ‘pods’ of accommodation which are linked by a diagrid roof. The building features an auditorium, skills workshops, medical simulation suite and office accommodation. We have worked closely with the design team to manage the cladding cost, seeking alternative cladding options to offset an enhanced glazing requirement due to solar performance issues.

The scheme also involves the construction of a two storey car park to accommodate 240 spaces.
