Project Description

The project comprised works to fit out shell office accommodation to form contemporary managed office workspaces, ranging from single person desk space to 7,500 sq ft suite.

Situated within the prestigious Glasshouse development, works are specified to a very high quality, and are aimed at the science/tech marketplace, boasting 100gb connectivity and 5G enablement throughout.

The space is complimented by incorporation of lounge, co-working and wellness suites.
