RBA Role - Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent

Project Description

RBA were appointed as Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent by Oakapple Primary Care Developments on the redevelopment of the existing Alsager Medical Centre and also the Cedars Medical Centre.

This project proved logistically challenging as the construction of the faҫade to of the new medical centre could not be fully completed until the Cedars Medical Centre building was demolished. The project was successfully completed with the Cedars Medical Centre remaining operational as planned.
