RBA Role - Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor

Project Description

RBA have, and continue to provide Contract Administration and Quantity Surveying services nationwide for CVS (UK) Ltd. RBA have successfully helped deliver a mixture of refurbishment, reconfiguration, extension and fit out projects cross a number of existing and newly acquired sites. Recent projects completed include the following:

The internal fit out of a new build retail shell to provide a new veterinary practice at East Bridgford, Nottingham.

The internal reconfiguration works at Cromlyn House veterinary hospital in Hillsborough, Belfast in order to facilitate the installation of a new CT scanner

The extension to an existing pet crematorium at Greenacres, Scunthorpe, to enable additional cremators to be installed.

The conversion of a disused public house into to veterinary practice in Sheffield.

RBA are currently involved with delivering projects in Derbyshire, Durham, Lancashire, Norfolk and South Yorkshire.
