RBA Role - Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent

Project Description

RBA were appointed to act as Employers Agent and Quantity Surveyor in order deliver a new school to provide high quality specialist education to young people with special educational needs.

The works comprised the Design and Build of a new Classroom Block including two multi-sensory rooms, ICT suite, art room, media room, music room and library. The repurposing of an adjacent building to provide an admin hub and the construction of a separate Sports Hall with external play areas, MUGA, outdoor gym and several bespoke outdoor spaces designed to support learning and therapeutic interventions.

The scheme is combined with the Ivy Lane Children’s Home which RBA also provided Employers Agent and Quantity Surveying services on, under an earlier construction phase.
