Project Description

The Works comprise the construction of a new 12 storey 305 bedroom Hyatt Hotel in central Leeds.

The hotel is a dual brand offering, Hyatt Place being short stay accommodation across floors 1 to 7. Hyatt House is a longer stay offering and is located on floors 8 to 11.

Meeting space and a gym will be provided on the mezzanine level. In addition, an independent roof top bar completes the project - which will be open to hotel guests and the wider public.
