Project Description

The scheme consists of refurbishment, and extension of the existing historic grade II listed building to provide a high quality turnkey Gastro Pub on behalf of Alderley Park Limited. The scheme was completed in Autumn 2020 and includes a mixture of accommodation, including new bar and informal dining areas, formal dining and function rooms, complete with purpose built kitchen and beer cellar areas. The scheme is complimented by high quality external works and soft landscaping.

The scheme required close liaison with the Gastro Pub operator to enable the project team to procure & provide all furnishings, fixtures, fittings and equipment to the operators brief. The Gastro Pub is now operating as “The Churchill Tree”, named after Sir Winston Churchill due to the building’s historic ties with him.

The project was awarded “fit out of the year” at the Insider Property Awards - North West.
