Project Description

The project comprises strip out and full refurbishment of existing warehouse accommodation to form approximately 4,700 sq ft of chemistry labs (pre-let), and 3,500 sq ft of speculative biology labs, each with associated write up and ancillary spaces.

The scheme requires significant builders work to provide new drainage, and also risers through the building’s structure to accommodate significant veltilation/extract requirements dictated by the chemistry function. All works were carried out in an occupied block, with sensitive operations immediately above the construction site, so much of the work was carried out “out of hours” to minimise disruption to other customers.
