Project Description

This project involves the replacement of combustible cladding with non-combustible materials.

The building consists of 24 apartments over 9 floors on a constrained city centre site with a busy restaurant at ground floor. RBA were engaged at the outset of the project, and were actively involved in assembling a design team on the Client’s behalf and obtaining third party funding.

There are many challenges on projects of this nature, mainly centred around the fact that the building is occupied throughout the project duration. The project was procured on a design and build basis.
