Project Description

The Construction of 242 PRS Apartments with basement parking on the site of the former Yorkshire Post headquarters, off Wellington Street, Leeds.

The Project is the first part of a wider masterplan development to this key gateway site and includes public realm / landscaping works. The building is 18 stories high and includes a communal lounge and terrace to the 12th floor with views over the River Aire and across Leeds.
