Project Description

New Build 2 is a new build laboratory development of approximately 159,000 sq ft GIFA, and is the first large scale new build lab scheme at Alderley Park since Bruntwood purchased the site in 2014/15.

The scheme comprises a mix of biology and chemistry laboratories, some of which are fully fitted out. Larger units are constructed to shell for retrospective fit out by others. The nett area of approx 112,000 sq ft is split across 5 floors and is complimented by ancillary facilities, high quality reception/circulation spaces and break out spaces.

The New Build 2 contract will also include significant high quality public realm works – in line with the wider science park masterplan proposals.
